摘  要:[目的]探讨沼肥对大棚芹菜生长发育和品质的影响。[方法]试验分为施沼肥、化肥、农家肥和不施肥4组,沼肥组设3个施肥量(5%、10%和15%),采用盆栽法,研究不同施肥组和沼肥浓度对大棚芹菜生物量和品质的影响。[结果]与施用农家肥、化肥相比,施用沼肥有利于增加芹菜的生物量,改善芹菜品质,提高芹菜中还原糖、总糖、维生素C及全效氮、磷含量,降低有害物质硝酸盐的含量。沼肥浓度对芹菜生物量和品质有影响,施用10%的沼肥比施用5%和15%的更有利于提高芹菜的生物量,而沼肥浓度对芹菜品质的影响则随着浓度的增加,芹菜还原糖、总糖、维C及全效氮、磷、钾含量也逐渐增加。[结论]施用沼肥对提高芹菜的生物量及品质有明显影响。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the effects of the biogas fertilizer on the growth-development and quality of the celery in the greenhouse.[Method] In the test,4 groups were set up according to application of the biogas fertilizer,chemical fertilizer,farm manure and no fertilization and 3 fertilization doses in the biogas fertilizer groups were also set up as 5%,10% and 15%.The effects of different fertilization groups and biogas fertilizer concn.on the biomass and quality of the celery in the greenhouse were studied by the pot experiment.[Result] Compared with the application of the chemical fertilizer and farm manure,the application of the biogas fertilizer could be propitious to increase the biomass of the celery,improve the quality of the celery,enhance the contents of the reductive sugar,the total sugar,the vitamin C,the total N and the total P in the celery and reduced the content of nitrate that was the harmful substanceharmful substance.The concn.of biogas fertilizer could affect the biomass and quality of the celery.The application of 10% biogas fertilizer could be more propitious to increase the biomass of the celery than the application of 5% and 15% biogas fertilizer.The effects of biogas fertilizer concn.on the quality of the celery showed as that along with the increasing of biogas fertilizer concn.,the content of reductive sugar,total sugar,vitamin C,the total N,total P and total K were increased gradually.[Conclusion] The application of biogas fertilizer could had obvious effects on the biomass and quality of the celery.
