克氏原螯虾工厂化繁殖技术初探

摘　　要：[目的]研究玻璃缸、水泥池克氏原螯虾工厂化繁殖关键技术,为克氏原螯虾工厂化育苗研究与生产提供理论依据与借鉴。[方法]设置不同克氏原螯虾投放密度（40、30、20尾/m2）、雌雄配比（4∶1、3∶1、2∶1及全部投放雌虾）二因素对比试验,通过＂强化培育、冲水刺激、遮阳控光＂等诱导手段,诱导克氏原螯虾同步产卵。[结果]经过59 d的试验,各试验池亲本虾成活率在50%~93%,总体成活率为71%;各试验池亲本虾抱卵率在64.0%~84.7%,总体抱卵率达76.9%。二因素对比试验结果表明,克氏原螯虾工厂化繁殖,亲本虾投放密度以40尾/m2、雌雄搭配比例以4：1较为适宜。[结论]在玻璃缸、水泥池等无土水体中,克氏原螯虾可以正常产卵、抱卵、孵化虾苗,克氏原螯虾工厂化繁殖是可行的。[Objective] The theoretical basis and reference for the installation multiplication of the shrimp was provided the research on the key technologies of its multiplication in glass tank,concrete ponds.[Method] The comparative experiment in different densities（40,30,20 shrimps/m2）,the ratio of male to female（4∶ 1,3∶ 1,2∶ 1 and all females） was conducted to induce the synchronized spawning of shrimp based on the technique of ＂intensive culturing,flushing stimulation and shade＂.[Results] After 59 days,the survival rate of the parent shrimp in the experimental pool was from 50% to 93% and the overall survival rate was 71%.The spawning rate of the parent shrimp in experimental pool was 64.0%~84.7% and the overall spawning rate was 76.9%.The two-factor comparative test results showed that the appropriate condition of shrimp reproduction was the parental density was 40 shrimps/m2 and the ratio of male and female was 4∶ 1.[Conclusion] The shrimp could be normally spawning,spawning,hatching larvae in glass tank,concrete ponds and other soil-less water-body.It was feasible for its to be multiplied under the installation condition.
