摘 要:引进环境系统建立基于能源-经济-环境的能源利用效率评价指标体系,运用因子分析法和层次分析法分别对我国及我国各地区能源利用效率进行综合评价,发现2种评价方法对同一评价指标体系的评价结果整体上具有一致性和趋同性,从而进一步说明评价结果的可靠性。并根据评价结果发现各地区的能源利用效率水平差距较大,效率水平极不平衡,节能减排潜力巨大。The evaluation indicator system of energy use efficiency was established based on energy-economy-environment and the introduction of environment system,and energy use efficiency of every area in China was evaluated comprehensively by using Factor Analysis Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process.The results indicated that the estimation results of two evaluation methods for the same evaluation indicator system had the characteristics of consistency and homoplasy on the whole;thereby,demonstrated the reliability of evaluation results further.From the results of evaluation,it showed that energy use efficiency level were different and unbalanced among every area in China,therefore,potential of energy saving and emission reduction was enormous.
