摘　　要：Th17细胞是近几年发现的一类CD4+ T细胞亚群,与Th1、Th2细胞有着完全不同的分化机制和功能特性。其主要作用在于分泌IL-17等促炎细胞因子,在炎症性肠病免疫调节中诱发炎症反应。通过控制Th17细胞相关的细胞因子能够明显缓解炎症性肠病症状。本文就Th17细胞及其细胞因子在炎症性肠病免疫调节中的研究进展做一综述。Th17 cells are identified in recent years as a kind of CD＋4 T lymphocyte subsets,the polarization mechanism and function properties of which are totally distinct from those of Th1,Th2 cells subsets.The main functions of Th17 cells are secreting proinflammatory cytokine like IL-17 etc.to induce immune responses in the process of IBD pathogenesis.Through controlling the cytokines related to Th17 cells,symptoms of IBD can be obviously alleviated.This article reviews the new progress on Th17 cells and the related cytokines in immunoregulatory of inflammatory bowel disease.
