CXCR-4和OPN在食管鳞状细胞癌组织的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨趋化因子受体4(CXCR-4)及骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在食管鳞癌中的表达情况及其与各临床病理资料的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术检测60例食管鳞癌组织及其相应癌旁正常组织中CXCR-4和OPN的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中CXCR-4和OPN的阳性表达率分别为76.7%和80.0%,与癌旁正常组织表达率10.0%和5.0%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CXCR-4和OPN的表达与淋巴结转移状态、肿瘤临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论 CXCR-4和OPN在食管鳞癌中的表达与食管鳞癌的发生、发展相关,表达增高可能预示食管癌发展较快、病程较晚、存在淋巴结转移,二者的联合检测可为食管癌的诊断、治疗提供重要信息,可能成为临床判断预后和指导治疗的重要指标,也为临床寻找有效治疗食管癌的方案提供了新的思路。Objective To investigate the expressions of CXCR4 and OPN and to explore the occurrence and development of the role and its clinical significance in in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） tissues. Methods Use S - P immunohistoehemieal staining method to detect CXCR -4 and OPN expression in 60 cases of ESCC tissues and of tumor- adjacent normal esophageal tissues. Results The positive expression rates of CXCR - 4 and OPN in 60 eases with ESCC tissues were 76.7% and 80. 0% respectively, and significantly different from the positive expression rates of tumor - adjacent normal esophageal tissues,which were l0. 0% and 5.0% respectively （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The expression of CXCR -4 and OPN in ESCC tissues was closely related to the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion CXCR -4 and OPN in ES- CC tissues was highly expressed,which may indicate rapid development, late course and there is lymph node metastasis of the disease, may be an important indicator of clinical prognosis and guide treatment. Sinmltaneously detecting the expressions of CXCR -4 and OPN may provide important information fur the diagnosis and therapy of ESCC.
