摘　　要：刘孝标作《世说新语注》,是以审慎严谨的治史态度、求真务实的精神来完成这部作品的。在作注的过程中,重视史料文献的搜集,有着多问阙疑的态度,尊重历史史实,力求揭示历史真相,最终使得《世说新语注》成为一部具有较高历史价值的史学材料。the Annotation of New Notes on Chinese Gentry written by Liu Xiaobiao who wrote the book with the prudent and truth-seeking and pragmatic attitude towards history to accomplish this work..In making note of historical events,the writer emphasize the collection of historical literature,respecting for the historical facts and striving to reveal the truth of history.The Annotation of New Notes on Chinese Gentry has become a famous book with high historical value.
