摘　　要：从创新资源角度,分析了52个国家高新区研发经费投入和人员素质水平对高新技术产品出口绩效的影响。基于2005年～2007年3年的面板数据,我们发现,研发经费投入对高新区产品出口绩效具有正效应,而人员素质水平对出口具有负向影响;同时,研发经费投入和人员素质水平会交互影响出口绩效。We have analyzed the influence of RD funds investment and the quality of personnel to the high-tech product export achievements from the perspective of technological innovation resources.Based on the panel data of 52 national hi-tech zones in three consecutive years（05-07）,we find that the influence of RD investment to high-tech products export performance has a significant positive effect;The quality of personnel has a significant impact on high-tech products export performance,but in a negative direction;Moreover,the RD funds investment and the level of personnel quality influence the export achievements alternately.When the personnel quality is at a low level,the RD funds investment will have stronger influence over the export achievements.
