摘　　要：团队在组织中已经发挥着越来越重要的作用。团队作用的发挥在于团队成员的整体工作绩效远大于个人绩效之和,究其原因就是团队成员的协同效应。优秀的团队必然是由能够高效发挥协同效应的团队成员构成,在当前我国处在时代大转型的过程中,组织的团队建设也面临着前所未有的挑战,能够充分发挥团队的协同效应是组建团队的一个重要依据,团队建设的模式选择则是发挥协同效应的重要保障。The team was already playing more and more vital role in the organization.The team＂s function lies in that the team member＇s whole work achievements is much bigger than sum of the individual achievements,which is due to the team member＇s synergy effects.The outstanding team is inevitably composed of efficient members.Nowadays constructing organization＇s team is facing the unprecedented challenge in the process of our country reforming.Synergy effects that is developed will benefit the team,and then the choice pattern of the team is the important safeguard.
