摘　　要：探讨了科技创新与金融支持的关系,并以山东省为例,在分析了金融支持科技创新不足的基础上,从商业银行信贷、政策性金融、资本市场、保险服务等方面提出了金融支持科技创新的政策建议。The article has explored the relationship between financial support and scientific and technological innovation,then pointed out the problems of financial support for scientific and technological innovation on Shandong Province.On this basis,the article gives policies and measures of financial support for scientific and technological innovation from commercial banks,capital markets,to insurance services.
