摘 要:目的 了解膳食中营养成份和结构变化对冠心病发病的影响,为防治提供依据。方法回顾总结了六十年代以来积累的膳食营养调查资料与冠心病的流行资料进行对比分析。结果 随着人民生活水平提高,膳食中营养成份和结构有很大变化,城市居民尤为明显。总热量已满足身体需要而居高不下,动物性食品在总热量中所占比例增加,饱和脂肪酸和胆固醇的摄入量增多,钠盐摄入量较高,致体重指数增加,高血压患病率升高。易患因素增加,心肌梗死患病率升高了5倍。结论 河北居民膳食不合理,必须对均衡的膳食营养进行研究。Objective To observe the effect of changes of element in diet on coronary heart disease (CHD) for control it. Methods It was compared the data on the change of dietetic elemant and morbidity of CHD, which has been collected since 1960. Results The risk factors of CHD, such as saturated fatty acid and cholesterol in diet, body mas index, mor- bidity of hypestension, all have been increasing , At the same time the morbidity of myocardial infarction increased 5 times. Conclusion Dietary composition in the residants of Hebei is not reasonable enongh,and a move balanced dietary nutrient must be researched. For the sake of prevention of CHD,it is necesary to change their diet.
