摘　　要：⑶大多数学者认为⒙ Ｇａｍ ｍ ａ ｋｎｉｆｅ 不适合用于治疗脑胶质瘤⒙主要是担心脑胶质瘤尤其是低分化肿瘤在脑内呈浸润性生长⒙边界不清⒙治疗过程中无法确定边界⒙术后瘤体反应会导致治疗前症状的恶化或出现新的症状⒚回顾分析 ４６ 例接受了旋转式伽玛刀治疗后的脑胶质瘤患者⒙分别对急性期⒉７２ｈ⒕４３ 例患者、３ 个月 ３１ 例患者和全部患者的 １～１７ 个月的临床随访做了统计分析⒙对 ３ 个月 １７ 例患者和 ３～１７ 个月 ３７Most expers thought that gamma knife didn’t apply to treat gliomas,the main reason is that they are afraid that gliomas grow aggressively with no clear margins,that unable to be established the margin when treamed and appear the worsen symptom or new neurological deficits resulting from tumor reaction after treatment.We analyze restrospectly 46 patients whom were treated by gamma knife,and made a statistically analysis of clinical results of 43 cases,31 cases and all cases in acute period (72 hours ),three months, one to seventeen months respectively,and analyze imaging results of 17 cases,37cases in three months,three to seventeen respectively.The results show that gamma knife is a more effective way to treat gliomas.
