摘　　要：夏季持续高温天气给香菇的生产造成较大影响，出现香菇菌棒烧菌烂棒的问题比较严重：本文对香菇菌棒烧菌烂棒的程度和分布情况进行具体分析，总结发生的原因和预防措施。The sustained high temperatures in summer impact Lentinus edodes Berk. growth that the problem of shiitake mushroom decomposition were more serious, this chapter were studied on the reasons of decomposition and its prevention measures.
