摘  要:观察补充白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Res)对小鼠骨骼肌、心肌、肝脏、脑组织及血清中抗氧化指标的影响.24只雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为安静对照组(C)、运动对照组(M)、运动+白藜芦醇组(R),每组8只.R组每天给予Res10 mg/kg灌胃,连续进行2周;2周后M和R组进行一次坡度为0°、速度为18 m/min、持续时间120 min的跑台运动,跑台运动后24 h测定小鼠血清、腓肠肌、心肌、肝脏及脑中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果显示:与C组相比,M组除脑组织外,血清、腓肠肌、心肌、肝脏组织中MDA含量均明显升高(P<0.01),SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01);与M组相比,R组除脑组织外,其他各组织中MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05),SOD活性明显升高(P<0.01).由此可知,白藜芦醇可提高小鼠各组织中SOD活性,抑制脂质过氧化,增强机体的抗氧化能力,延缓机体疲劳的发生.To investigate the effect of supplementary resveratrol on anti-oxidation capacity of mice blood serum,skeletal muscle, cardiac muscle,liver and brain. 24 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups with 8 mice in each group:control group (C), exercise group (M) and exercise + resveratrol group (R). The mice of group R were given resveratrol with 10 mg/(kg'd),continue doing two weeks. The group of M and R received strenuous exercises on a treadmill with a gradient of 0°, a speed of 18 m/rain, continue 120 min two weeks later. The serum, gastrocnemius, cardiac muscle, liver and brain were sampled after treadmill exercise to end 24 h. The MDA and SOD were measured. The MDA of serum, heart, gastrocnemius and liver in M were significantly increased compared with that of C (P 〈 0.01 ), except brain. While the SOD of M was decreased (P 〈 0.01 ). The SOD of serum, skeletal muscle, heart, liver in R were increased than that of M (P 〈 0.01). Resveratrol could improve SOD activity and inhibit lipid peroxidation of mice each organism,and enhance anti-oxidation capacity, delay body fatigue occurrence.
