根管治疗加窦道刮治在慢性瘘道型根尖周炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察采用根管治疗加窦道刮治对临床确诊为慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者的疗效,其目的是寻找一种能减少患者就诊次数,缩短治疗疗程,提高治愈率的方法。方法选择60例临床上确诊为慢性窦道型根尖周炎的患者并将其随机分为两组,A组(根管治疗组)30例、B组(根管治疗+窦道刮治组)30例。对两组分别进行治疗并观察疗效。结果 A组的总有效率为90%,B组总有效率为96%。两种治疗均有疗效,并且B组疗效优于A组。结论在临床上对慢性窦道型根尖周炎患者采用根管治疗加窦道刮治,可以有效地减少患者的就诊次数、缩短治疗疗程、提高治愈率。Objective To observe the efficacy of root canal therapy plus sinus scaling to patients who were diagnosed chronic sinus-type periapical, with the main aim to find methods that could reduce the patients＇ visits to hospital and short course of treatment. Methods 60 patients diagnosed chronic sinus-type periapical were randomly divided into two groups： A and B. Group A （30 cases） were treated by using root canal therapy, group B were treated by root canal therapy plus sinus scaling, to compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group A was 90%, and group B 96%. Therefore, we can conclude that the both therapies were effective, and efficacy of group B was better. Conclusion Root canal therapy plus sinus scaling of chronic sinus-type periapical is an effective treatment that can reduce the patients＇ visits to hospital, short course of treatment and improve the rate of cure.
