摘　　要：目的探讨神经生长因子(NGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对免疫细胞功能的影响。方法通过小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬、脾细胞增殖、H2O2及O2-指标实验,观察NGF和bFGF对正常小鼠免疫细胞功能的影响。结果一定剂量的NGF、bFGF对小鼠免疫细胞功能有较明显的促进作用,且表现具有协同促进效应,而同剂量的NGF对免疫功能的促进作用略强于bFGF。此外,NGF、bFGF还能协同促进脾细胞分泌H2O2及O2-。结论一定剂量的NGF、bFGF表现出较明显的免疫促进作用,并存在协同效应。Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor（NGF） and basic fibroblast growth factor（bFGF） to immune cell function in mice.Methods The effect of Mφ,B lymphocytes and T lymphocytes of mice were valuat through the assays of macrophages,spleen cell proliferation,H2O2 and O2-.Results The results showed that bFGF and NGF with specified-dose had the effect on prompting immune function and synergistic effect in mice,while promoting immune function of NGF with the same dose roled a little stronger than that of bFGF.In addition,NGF and bFGF could promote the spleen cells to secrete H2O2 and O2-.Conclusion Both bFGF and NGF can act immunoregulatory cytokine,and promote synergy immune function.
