技术创新推动国家和区域经济跨越式发展的作用机制探析

摘　　要：由于技术创新而实现国家和区域经济的跨越式发展的事例在有关史料中已得到充分记载和证明,然而,学者们关于技术创新推动经济跨越式发展的机制研究十分少见。在收集和分析大量有关技术创新史料的基础上,提出技术创新是一个国家和区域经济跨越式发展的主要推动力,并从五个方面论证技术创新之于区域经济跨越式发展的作用机制:(1)是国家和区域劳动生产率更快速提高的主要源泉;(2)是自然资源可持续利用的重要保障;(3)是实现稀缺资源替代生产的根本途径;(4)是工业标准化生产的重要基石;(5)是实现产业结构升级的主要引擎。There are many examples proving that a country or a region witnesses great-leap-forward development in economy as a result of technology innovation, but its function mechanism in the development is seldom concerned by scholars. The authors, by coUecting and analyzing a large number of relative materials, point out that the technology innovation is the main driving power of the economic leap-forward development in a country or a region and demonstrate the function mechanism of technology innovation from five aspects： （1） it is the main source of enhancing the labor productivity; （2） it is the important guarantee for the sustainable use of natural resources; （3） it is the basic way of realizing scarce resource substitution in production; （4） it is the cornerstone of industrial standardization; （5） and it is the engine of upgrading the industrial structure.
