医学生职业发展与学校教育对策研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、访谈等方法研究医学生职业发展的现状,结果表明:毕业5年以内的医学生,职业分化显著,动态化程度高;毕业10年以上则专业化程度高,从事医学和专业管理工作的占70.0%以上;毕业15年以上的已有33.8%成为各专业的技术骨干和业务专家。医学生职业发展的困惑主要有:职业发展规划与就业现实、学校培养与社会需求的不一致性及继续教育与岗位工作时间上的冲突等。通过研究提出了提高医学生职业发展综合能力的学校教育对策。Using questionnaire,interviews and other methods on current situation of medical student＇s career development.It turns out that graduated within 5 years,medical students＇ occupational diversification are striking and their occupational dynamic are in high degree;graduated above 10 years,medical students possess high degree of specialization in the medical and professional management,accounting for 70% or more.Graduated above 15 years,33.8% of the medical students have become technical backbone and business experts in each profession.The main puzzles of medical students＇ career development are：the inconsistency between career planning and employment reality,the inconsistency between the school cultivation and social needs,and the conflict between continuing education and work time and so on.Through research,we come up with school education countermeasure to improve the comprehensive ability of medical students＇ career development.
