摘　　要：培养具有个性特征的创造型人才是社会发展的一种需要。在高职体育教学中,教师应以学生为主体,教师为指导,针对学生的差异,探索教法、因材施教,鼓励和支持不同个性的存在,采用适宜的方式加以引导和培养,使体育课堂成为促进学生个性健康发展的摇篮。Personality characteristics cultivate creative talent is a need for social development.In the higher physical education,teachers should be student-centered,teacher as a guide,the difference for students to explore teaching,individualized,encourage and support the existence of different personalities,the use of appropriate ways to guide and training,so that a PE class to promote the healthy development of students personality cradle.
