摘　　要：从电动汽车产业及充电站建设的政策支持、国外经验总结、电网接入技术、电动车电池储能及管理系统技术、电机及控制技术等关键技术保障方面探讨了电动汽车产业的发展。结合江苏省社会、经济、科技及汽车产业的发展趋势,对江苏省电动汽车的发展作了初步展望。The electric vehicle industry development is discussed from the key technologies aspect of policy support of the electric vehicle industry and charging station construction,experience abroad,power network access technology,energy storage and management technology systems of electric vehicle batteries,,motor and control technology.Combined with Jiangsu Province social,economic,technological and automobile industry development trend,the development of electric vehicles in Jiangsu Province is made a preliminary outlook.
