摘 要:目的掌握学生对校园常见传染病预防认知方面的薄弱环节,探讨健康教育教学思路。方法自行设计调查问卷,内容包括传染病防控基础知识、校园重点监控、传染病认知与行为等3方面知识点的调查。采用整群随机抽样方法,在市内3所高校入学新生中随机整群抽取文理科不同专业学生。结果 3方面知识点合格率均低于50%,并呈现依次递减趋势,总合格率仅2.56%,合格率与学生在读学历、入学前常住地、父母职业、父母文化程度、以往获取传染病知识的渠道等因素无关。结论该市大学新生普遍缺乏传染病预防知识,说明加强学校健康教育工作迫在眉睫,高校应探讨、创新健康教育教学思路与方法,使学校健康教育与健康促进工作产生事半功倍的效果。Objective To understand the weaknesses of cognitive aspect of prevention of common infectious diseases on campus among students, and probe the health education and teaching ideas. Methods We designed the questionnaire which covered 3 knowledge points, i.e. basics of infectious disease prevention and control, surveiUance of infectious diseases on campus, and cognitive behavioral and knowledge of infectious diseases. The different arts and science students from 3 universities in the city were selected by the cluster random sampling method and surveyed with the aforementioned questionnaire. Results The 3 knowledge points were lower than the pass rates of 50%, showing a decreasing trend in turn, and the pass rate was only 2.56 % of the total students. The pass rate was unrelated to the education, permanent residence before adnission, parental occupation, parental education levds, the ways to obtain the knowledge of infectious diseases in the past, and other factors. Conclusions The college students in the dty generally lack of the knowledge of prevention of infectious diseases, so we should explore innovative ideas and methods of health education.
