摘　　要：慢性胰腺炎(CP)是胰腺内、外分泌功能进行性减退,伴有难治性疼痛症状的疾病。CP的病因、病程复杂,目前尚无统一的治疗方案。常规的治疗方法有内科治疗、内镜介入治疗及外科手术治疗。内镜介入治疗及手术治疗的各种术式有其特点及应用范围,且均存在相关的并发症。随着技术研究的发展,超声内镜及干细胞在CP治疗中的研究也逐步深入。Chronic pancreatitis is the disease that makes patients have long-term pain and makes endocrine and exocrine functions of pancreas gradually drop.Its etiology and process are both very complicated.Therefore,There is no uniform treatment so far.Its conventional treatment has medical therapy,interventional endoscopic therapy and surgery.Interventional endoscopic therapy and surgery have many different ways and indications,they both have their related complications.With the development of technology,on the therapy of pancreatitis,endoscopic ultrasound and stem cells′research also progressively deeps.
