摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲa(GPⅢa)基因多态性与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)高凝状态的关系。方法:应用PCR-RFLP技术检测183例UC患者及126例正常人的GPⅢa的P1A的基因多态性。结果:所有患者和对照者均为P1A1/A1基因型,P1A2基因型未检出。结论:GPⅢa的基因多态性与UC的高凝状态无关。Objective： To study the relationship between the gene polymorphism of platelet glycoprotein Ⅲa（GPⅢa） with hypercoagulability of ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods： The genotype of P1A was determined by the method of PCR-RFLP in 183 UC patients and 126 normal subjects.Results： The genotype of P1A1/A1 was in all UC subjects and control subjects,and there was no the genotype of P1A2.Conclusion： The gene polymorphism of GPⅢa is not associated with hypercoagulability of UC.
