摘　　要：针对农业院校教学科研基地土地管理的特点,提出基地土地管理系统应本着先进、科学、实用、简单、节省等原则进行设计,并据此原则采用地理信息系统(GIS)技术,基于ArcEngine开发了华南农业大学增城教学科研基地土地管理系统,基本涵盖了基地所有的土地管理业务。系统地实现了推动增城基地的信息化建设,方便管理人员对土地资源进行有效管理,并进一步强化和提高了基地在教学和科研工作中所起的作用。According to characteristics of teaching and research base＇s land management in agricultural universities and colleges,the land management system of Zengcheng teaching and research base in South China Agricultural University is developed based on scientific,practical and simple-designing principles.The system,which was developed with geographic information system（GIS） technology and ArcEngine,basically covered all the land management business in the base.It promotes the informational development of Zengcheng base,helps administers with land resources management,and strengthens the role of the base playing in teaching and research work.
