摘 要:为解决武器系统研制方案的优选问题,提出了一种基于灰色聚类决策的武器系统研制方案优选方法。该方法采用效用函数法解决评价指标意义、量纲不同且不同指标的评价值在量纲上悬殊较大的问题,利用德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合确定和计算评价指标的聚类权重,在此基础上通过计算比较综合决策测度实现了研制方案的优选排序。最后以某型地空导弹武器系统研制方案优选为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。In order to solve the problem of development plan optimization of weapon system, a method of optimization based on grey cluster decision making were presented. The problems of very different meaning and dimension of clustering indexes and different dimension of object assessment values were solved by applying the method of effect function. Subsequently, methods of Delphi integrated with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were exposed to be used for finding the clustering weight coefficient of indexes. Based on this, optimization taxis of development plan were worked out by comparing synthetic decision measures. Finally, an example of development plan of certain ground to air missile weapon system being optimized shows that the method is reasonable and effective.
