摘  要:本文以取代度为0.6的高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉为阳离子化试剂,对棉纤维进行阳离子化改性,用于活性染料无盐染色。通过改性棉纤维表面Zeta电位变化和染料等温吸附曲线对无盐染色促染机理进行研究,对有盐染色和无盐染色中的染料色光、色牢度和染色纤维折皱回复性和强度性能进行比较,从而对高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉的应用性能进行综合评价。另外,本文根据阳离子淀粉特点,采用苯酚-浓硫酸法对阳离子淀粉消耗量进行定量计算,进而通过补加阳离子试剂的办法实现高取代度阳离子淀粉的循环利用。Quaternary ammonium cationic starch with a degree of substitution of 0.6 was used to have cotton cationized for a salt-free reactive dyeing.The mechanism of accelerated rate of dyeing was studied by measuring zeta potential of the cationized cotton and the dye adsorption isotherms.The application performances of quaternary ammonium cationized starch with high degrees of substitution were evaluated comprehensively by comparing L*,a*,b* values,color fastnesses,wrinkle recovery properties as well as the strength of dyed fibers for both salt-free dyeing and conventional dyeing.In addition,based on the characteristics of cationized starch,phenol-sulfuric acid method was employed quantitatively to calculate the amounts of cationized starch being consumed and recycle utilization of such cationized starch was then realized.
