摘　　要：目的探讨家庭综合性干预对社区精神分裂症患者复发的影响。方法选择2008年9月—2009年2月在上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心治疗后病情缓解出院的精神分裂症患者100例,按随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组各50例。对照组按常规治疗护理和随访;研究组在此基础上实施家庭综合干预。并以服药依从性、患者与家属接触时间、疾病复发次数、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)作为评定指标,于入组时与入组12个月后进行测评。结果入组12个月后研究组患者服药依从性、患者与家属接触时间、疾病复发次数、社会功能缺陷筛选量表的评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论通过对社区精神分裂症患者进行有目的有计划的家庭综合干预,能够有效促进患者康复,改善患者治疗依从性,减少疾病复发,从而改善其社会功能,是一种行之有效的社区康复方法。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive family intervention on relapse of schizophrenia patients living in the community.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia discharged from Shanghai Mental Health Center were selected from September 2008 to February 2009,and randomly divided into the study group and control group（each 50 cases） according to number table.The control group was treated with conventional care and follow-up,while the study group was treated with additional comprehensive family intervention.The medication compliance of patients,contact time of patients with their families,disease relapse rate and Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） were used to assess the patients when grouping and 12 months after grouping.Results The above four indexes were significantly improved in the study group compared with those in the control group 12 months after grouping（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The planned comprehensive family intervention can effectively promote the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients living in the community,improve their medication compliance,reduce disease relapse and improve their social function.It is an effective method of community rehabilitation for schizophrenia patients.
