基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-2和血管内皮生长因子的表达与卵巢上皮性癌的预后关系

摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)组织中的表达情况及其与EOC的预后关系。方法运用免疫组织化学法检测10例正常卵巢组织、20例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤(EOT)组织以及50例EOC组织中TIMP-2和VEGF的表达情况。术后随访3～5年,分析术后有无复发患者的TIMP-2、VEGF表达和VEGF/TIMP-2的比值情况。结果 TIMP-2和VEGF在EOC组织的阳性率显著高于良性EOT组织和正常卵巢组织(P<0.05)。术后复发患者的EOC组织VEGF和TIMP-2阳性率显著高于未复发的患者,而VEGF/TIMP-2的比值≥2的发生率显著低于未复发的患者(P<0.05)。结论 TIMP-2和VEGF在EOC组织中高表达,其表达情况和VEGF/TIMP-2比值与EOC患者的预后密切相关。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase-2（TIMP-2）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in epithelial ovarian carcinoma（EOC）tissue and the prognosis of patients with EOC.Methods The expressions of TIMP-2 and VEGF in normal ovary tissues（n=10）,benign epithelial ovarian tumor（EOT）（n=20）and EOC（n=50）were detected by the immunohistochemistry method.The expression of TIMP-2 and VEGF and the ratio of VEGF/TIMP-2 were analyzed between patients with and without postoperative recurrence,3-5 year follow-up after operation.Results The positive rates of TIMP-2 and VEGF were higher in EOC tissues than those in benign EOT tissues and normal ovaries tissues（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of TIMP-2 and VEGF were higher in patients with postoperative recurrence than those in patients without postoperative recurrence,while the incidence of VEGF/TIMP-2 ratio ≥2 was significant lower than that in patients without postoperative recurrence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TIMP-2 and VEGF have high expression levels in EOC tissues,and their expression and the ratio of VEGF/TIMP-2 is closely related to the prognosis of patients with EOC.
