摘 要:建立了用HP-FFAP毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm)测定乙醛装置废水试样中各组分含量的分析方法。通过实验确定了使该废水试样中各组分完全分离的色谱操作条件,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对废水试样中各组分进行定性分析;对于不同种类的试样采用不同的标样进行外标定量,计算试样中各组分含量。该方法中乙醛、2-甲基-1,3-二氧-环戊烷、水含量6次平行实验结果的相对标准偏差为1.0%~1.7%,回收率为98.1%~101.0%。The method of analysis for components content of wastewater sample from acetaldehyde plant was established with HP-FFAP capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm). The chromatographic operating conditions for the wastewater complete separation of the components in the sample were determined by experiment. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the components were made with gas chromatographymass spectrometer, every kind of sample for external standard quantitative applied suitable standard sample, then the contents calculated. The relative standard deviation for the content of acetaldehyde,2-methyl-1,3- dioxo-cyclopentane and water was from 1.0% to 1.7%, recovery rate from 98.1%-101.0%, the results from six times parallel experiment by the method.
