摘　　要：在连铸生产中,及时在线预报和检测铸坯质量,对确保生产的连续性、提高产品质量及降低生产成本具有重要的意义。连铸坯质量判定专家系统就是为解决连铸生产过程中连铸坯质量问题而专门设计的计算机判定系统。近年来,连铸坯质量判定系统已引起很多学者和工程人员的注意。笔者介绍了连铸坯质量判定系统的方法及分类,并针对现有投入使用的连铸坯质量判定专家系统分析其原理及应用。同时,还对中国的铸坯质量判定系统的研究前景作了展望。In the continuous casting,it is of great significance for the online prediction and detection of slab quality to ensure the continuity of production,improve product quality and reduce production costs.The quality evaluation expert system is designed to resolve the problem of slab quality in continuous casting.In recent years,the quality evaluation expert system has attracted a lot of attentions of scholars and engineers.The method and classification of the quality evaluation expert system were introduced;the principle and application of the system in use were analyzed;the research prospect of the system was also presented as well.
