摘　　要：目的观察PEC405牙齿脱敏仪的临床疗效。方法采用PEC405牙齿脱敏仪对82例158个患牙治疗，与用碘化银法对3O例44个患牙治疗进行对照。结果PEC405牙齿脱敏仪治疗牙本质脱敏的有效率为94．94％；碘化银法的有效率为22．74％。结论PEC405牙齿脱教仪治疗牙木质脱敏的效果明显优于碘化银法，两者有显著差异（P＜O.OO1）。To observe clinical effectiveness of PEC4O5 dental Desensitization Apparatus.Methods 158 allergic dentins of 82 patients were treated by PEC4O5 dental desensitization Apparatus, by comparision, 44allergic dentins of 30 patients treated by AGI (iodide of argentum ).Results The effective rate of PEC405 Denta Desensitization Apparatus was 94. 94 %, that of AGI 27. 27 %.Conclusion The result indicated that there was significant difference of effective rate between PEC405 dental desensitizationApparatus and AGI (P <0. 0O1 ). The clinical effect of PEC405 dental desensitzation Apparatus was better than that of AGIwith allergic dentin.
