摘　　要：实施思想政治教育实践教学创新既是创新型人才培养的教育内在要求,也是当代人类发展的创新主题以及我国建设国家创新体系与民族复兴伟业的外在强力呼唤。实践创新的教育思想理念只有贯穿在创新型人才培养的全过程并予之有效指导,我们才能创造和谐的有利于创新型人才成长的实践环境、思想政治教育文化环境,最终实现创新型人才培养的宏伟目标。The implementation of ideological and political education practice teaching innovation is not only the internal demand of the cultivation of creative talents,but also the external call from the innovation of contemporary human deve-lopment as well as the national innovation system and the national rejuvenation.Practical innovation education idea should be implemented throughout the whole process of the innovative talent training.Only this can we create harmonious environment for the development of innovative talents.
