摘　　要：本文借华南师范大学南海校区"国际化应用型人才培养研讨会"之际,总结和探讨实验室建设与管理工作的经验和计划。其基本思想是通过综合实验中心建设和专业实验室建设,构建资源共享、统筹安排,对教学与科研工作起到重要支撑作用的实验平台,提高创新性人才培养质量和学术研究水平。This paper sums up and probes into the experience and plan of the Lab＇s development and management,concerning with the Training of International and Professional Talents.Through the Construction of synthetical and professional Experimental Teaching Centre,we are going to establish an experimental platform with sharing resource and comprehensive arrangement.It is good for teaching and researching work.Finally it will improve the quality of innovative talents and academic research.
