青光眼滤过术后经角膜切口的人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：目的：介绍经角膜小切口的青光眼滤过术后的白内障现代囊外摘除和人工晶体植入的方法及疗效观察。方法：对２３例２３只眼施行手术，上方角膜缘内１ｍｍ处，做６～７ｍｍ弦长切口，信封式或连续环形撕囊，水力分核娩出，后房型人工晶体植入。结果：２３只眼术后视力全部进步；角膜散光为１１３Ｄ；眼压术前术后对比，无统计学差异（Ｐ＞００５）；术中术后无严重并发症。结论：经角膜小切口治疗青光眼滤过术后的白内障能取得良好效果而无严重并发症。To investigate the therapeutic effect of the extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) combined with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation through a corneal incision after trabeculectomy,this operation was performed on 23 eyes of 23 cases Surgical procedures included 6-7mm incision within limbus 1mm,envelope capsulotomy or continuous circular capsulorhexis,hydrodissection,delivery,and intraocular lens implantation Visual acuity was improved in 23 eyes postoperatively;and the corneal astigmatism became 1 13 D There were no significant changes in intraocular pressure Intraopertively and postoperatively,no severe complication was found For complicated cataract after trabeculectomy,the intraocular surgery through a corneal incision was effective and safe
