巩膜三角形切口控制人工晶体术后的角膜散光

摘　　要：目的：探讨能有效减轻术后角膜散光的白内障手术切口。方法：对三组１２６例老年性白内障，分别采用三角形切口、弧形切口连续缝合和弧形切口间断缝合，施行白内障囊外摘除术。结果：巩膜三角形切口组术后１周、１、３个月的角膜散光改变明显低于切口连续缝合组及间断缝合组（Ｐ＜０．０５），且视力高于后两者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：巩膜三角形切口为一有效控制术后角膜散光的新切口。To explore an incision of cataract extraction which may reduce postoperative corneal astigmatism.One hundred and twenty-six cases with senile cataract were divided into 3 groups,then the extracapsular cataract extration were performed by using triangular incision,arc incision with continuous suture or arc incision with interrupted suture,respectively.The mean increase in corneal refractivity in scleral triangular incision group was significantly less (P<0.05) and the corrected visual acuity was much better (P<0.05) than that in corneoscleral arc incision with continuous or interrupted suture group at 1 week,1 month and 3 months.The scleral triangular incision is a new incision method to reduce the postoperative corneal astigmatism effectively.
