摘　　要：例1男,67岁,头皮浸润性红色斑块2个月,伴出血和疼痛10余天。例2男,81岁,头皮暗红色浸润性斑块3个月。均经组织病理和免疫组化染色证实为血管肉瘤。A 67-year-old man presented red plaque on the scalp for 2 months, accompanied bleeding and pain for over 10 days. Another 81-year-old man presented red plaque on the scalp for 3 months. The histopathological and immunohistochemical examination revealed angiosarcoma.
