摘 要:目的基于心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)分析评估运输应激对Beagle犬自主神经功能的影响,并界定其恢复期。方法 16只Beagle犬随机分成两组(每组8只),即对照组和运输应激组,利用大动物无创生理信号遥测技术,分别监测清醒自由活动状态下对照组和运输应激组应激4 h后、恢复1、2、3周时,Beagle犬的心电图(ECG)的改变情况,并用HRV分析评估其自主神经功能情况。结果①Beagle犬HRV参数具有明显的昼夜节律变化(P<0.01),与对照组比,运输应激后Beagle犬的HRV时域分析参数中RR间期、SDNN、RMSSD、TI、pNN50、STV和LTV参数均出现明显的降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且恢复3周后时域分析参数恢复至正常水平;②与对照组比,运输应激后Beagle犬频域分析参数中HR、LFnorm、LF/HF比值均显著升高(P<0.01),而LnTP、LnV-LF、HFnorm均出现明显的降低(P<0.01),且恢复3周后频域分析参数恢复正常水平;③运输应激后,Beagle犬HR与HRV参数具有显著的相关性(P<0.01)。结论运输应激可引起Beagle犬交感神经活动增强,使得交感神经/副交感神经活动平衡发生紊乱,导致HRV降低,其可能是引起Beagle犬自主神经功能紊乱的主要原因之一。Bea-gle犬运输应激后,最好进行2周以上或3周的恢复期。Objective To assess the effect of transportation stress on autonomic nervous function in beagle dogs based on heart rate variability(HRV) analysis,and define its recovery.Methods Sixteen beagle dogs were randomly divided into two groups(n = 8 in each): the control group and transportation stress group.Using a non-invasive telemetry system in conscious and unrestrained beagle dogs,electrocardiograms(ECG) were recorded in both groups after a 4 h transportation stress and after a recovery of 1,2 and 3 weeks.HRV analysis was used to assess the autonomic nervous function.Results(1) There was an obvious circadian rhythm in beagle dogs(P〈 0.01).Compared with the control group,the RR interval,root-mean-square of successive differences(RMSSD),HRV triangular index(TI),pNN50,short term variability(STV) and long term variability(LTV) parameters of their HRV time domain analysis were significantly lower than those of control group(P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01).The time domain analysis parameters recovered to normal levels at 3 weeks after recovery.(2) Compared with the control group,heart rate(HR),normalized low frequency(LFnorm) and LF / HF in the transportation stress group were significantly higher than those of control group(P〈 0.01),while total power(TP),very low frequency(VLF) and normalized high frequency(HFnorm) were lower than those of control group(P〈 0.01),which also took 3 weeks to recover.(3) There was a significant correlation between heart rate and time and frequency domain indices after transportation stress(P〈 0.01).Conclusions Transportation stress can increase the sympathetic nervous activities,disturb the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous activities and lead to a decrease of HRV,which may be a major cause of autonomic nervous function disorder.It needs more than 2 or 3 weeks for beagle dogs to recover after the transportation stress.
