摘 要:目的:探讨特制钛镍合金针在弯曲狭窄根管中的充填程度。方法:将离体牙根据狭窄程度及弯曲角度分为6组,以四种材料分别充填,拍摄数字化X线影像比较各组根充程度。结果:1充填不同弯曲度的狭窄根管,钛镍针明显优于20号牙胶尖,25号牙胶尖和钛镍丝;充填不同弯曲度的粗根管,钛镍针与20号牙胶尖无显著差异(P>005),但与其它材料比较有非常显著性差异(P<001)。2钛镍针在轻度、中度弯曲根管充填程度优于重度弯曲组。结论:特制钛镍针是一种良好的充填弯曲狭窄根管的固体充填材料。Objective:To investigatc the filling dcpths of spccially madc Ti Ni point in the curved And narrowroot canals.Methods:The prepared canals were divided into 6 groups hased on the degree Of curvc and narrowncss.The canals were fillc with four different materials.Digital imaging X rays Were taken.The filling depths were compared on the base of radiograms.Results:1.Ti Ni point was much better than otherthree materials in the filling depthths in narrow root canals with different curves.2.Ti Ni point was better in filling slightly or moderately curved narrow canals than that in severe curved narrow canals.Conclusions:Ti Ni point tilling matcrials is a good filling matcrial for curved and narrow root canals.
