摘　　要：目的：研究小脑桥脑角（CPA）肿瘤脑电图（EEG）特征及其发生机理。方法：106例CPA肿瘤患者（男45例，女61例，15～64岁，平均42．9岁），以8或13导脑电图仪，按国际10／20系统安放电极，进行术前EEG描记，再分析其结果。结果：EEG未见异常47例（44．3％）；弥漫性异常17例（16．1％），其中轻度10例，中度3例，重度4例；局灶性异常42例（39．6％）。结论：CPA肿瘤属良性肿瘤，病程早、中期，EEG多属正常；病程晚期，或累及脑干网状结构上行激活系统，则符合大脑中线深部肿瘤的EEG特征，呈弥漫性异常；EEG局灶性异常与瘤体直径无显著相关，与囊变显著相关，实质性肿瘤导致脑干移位，易引起局灶性异常；CPA肿瘤局灶性异常多反映在颞、顶、枕部，与皮质桥脑束的解剖走行有关。To investigate the characteriedcs f EEG and its mechanism in patients with cerebellopontineangle (CPA) tumor. Methodss: The EEGs of 106 cases with CPA tumor (male 45, female:61, aged from15-64 years and 42.9 in average) were recorded by the international conventional method before operation. Results: Fourty-seven cases(44.3%) displayed EEG, 17 cases(16.1%) showed diffuse abnormal EEG (including 10mild,3 moderate, 4 severe abnormal EEGs). Focal abnormal EEGs were noted in 42 cases(39.6% ) .Conclusions:As CPA tumor is benign, most EEGs of patients with CPA tumor are normal in its early and intermediate stages. Inthe late stage when the tumor invade into the brain stem reticular formation the EEGs display diffuse abnormality,which is consistant with the characteristics of the deep tumor in middle line of the brain. Local abnormality of EEG isnot correlated significantly with the size of tumor but the cystfication of tumor. Those solid tumors, which cause thebrain stem to move away, show local abnormal EEG. Local abnormality of EEG is often found in the temporal, parietal and occipital reqion, which is related with the anatomical course of corticopontine tract in the brain.
