激光血管内照射对脑梗死病人内皮素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脑梗死病人血浆及脑脊液中内皮素含量的变化，以及氦氖激光血管内照射治疗对其影响。②方法采用均相竞争法直接测定血浆和脑脊液总内皮素水平。③结果脑梗死病人发病３ｄ内血浆及脑脊液内皮素含量明显升高，与正常对照组比较差异有显著性（Ｆ＝１０．８２，１８．６１，ｑ＝５．８６～７．８５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。病程第２０～２５天，氦氖激光治疗组内皮素水平明显低于传统治疗组（ｔ＝２．８３，３．１２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论常规治疗加氦氖激光血管内照射能有效抑制内皮素合成、释放，对脑梗死的恢复有积极作用。Objective\ To study the changes of endothelin(ET) in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of cerebral infarction patients, and the effect of helium neon laser therapy.\ Methods\ The level of ET in plasma and CSF was directly measured using equal competition technique.\ Results\ The content of ET in plasma and CSF in patients with cerebral infarction less than 3 days was significantly higher than that of the normal control group( F=10.82,18.61,q=5.86-7.85,P <0.01). The level of ET between 20-25 days was significantly lower in helium neon laser group than that in tranditional treatment group( t=2.83,3.12,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ The production and release of ET was restrained effectively by using traditional treatment and helium neon laser shining in blood vessel technique, which was very effective in renewal of cerebral infarction.
