食管癌化疗疗程的Cpd分析与远期生存

摘　　要：目的：探讨中晚期食管癌病人化疗疗程效应与远期生存的关系。方法：对４１例病人不同的疗程化疗效应，应用Ｃｐｄ分析方法，做了数理分析，同时统计了远期生存，结果：随着化疗疗程的增加，实体瘤近期疗效降低，在Ｐ＜０．０５意义下，第Ⅰ疗程最好，第Ⅲ疗程最差，第Ⅱ疗程居中；中位生存期分别为：完成３个疗程的病人９．０个月，１～２个疗程为８．３个月，Ｘ２＝０．６４２，Ｐ＞０．０５。结论：从生存质量和远期生存考虑Ⅱ～Ⅲ期食管癌病人化疗的选择，以两个疗程为好。ABSTRACT Objective: To study the relationship between chemiotherapy course effec tion of the middle or advanced esophageal cancer and long survival.Metho d:Data o n kinds of chemiotherapy course effection of 41 esophageal cancer patients were analysed with Cpd analysis,and counted long survival.Result:Tumo ur short effectio n deceaase with themotherapy course;The effection in three chemiotherapy course, the first is the best,and the third is worst.Media sruvival is following :Those who completed three chemiotherapy course survived about 9.0 months,but completed one to two survied about 8.3 months X2=0.642,p>0.05).Conclusion:Thinking abo ut quality of life and long survival,esophageal cancer patients should have two chemiotherapy course. KEY WORDS Esophageal Cancer;Chemotherapy Course;Cpd Analysi s;Long Survial
