摘  要:建筑物整体移位技术因具有成本低、工期短、环保等诸多优点,在既有建筑物保护与改造领域的应用日益广泛。介绍了建筑物整体移位技术的概念、分类,指出建筑物整体移位技术由结构托换技术、移位轨道技术、移位装置系统、移位位移控制系统、就位连接技术和实时监测技术等关键技术构成。分别阐述了水平移位和竖向移位装置系统原理。在国内外典型工程实例基础上对比国内外移位技术特点,指出建筑物整体移位技术的发展方向。Building monolithic moving technology has been applied widely in the field of existing buildings protection and reconstruction for its merits of low cost,short construction period and environmental protection.The concepts and classification of building monolithic moving technology were introduced briefly.Authors point out that this technology is mainly composed of structural underpinning technology,shifting track technology,shifting device system and shifting displacement control system,linking with new foundation technology and real-time monitoring technology.Then horizontal and vertical moving instrumentation system principles were introduced.Based on the domestic and foreign typical moving engineering examples,the characteristics of moving technologies were compared.At last,the development direction of building monolithic moving technology was predicted.
