摘　　要：近三十年来,我国一些学者对成人教育现代化的概念、特征、必要性、实现途径和方法等进行了探讨,取得了一定的研究成果。但总体来看,成人教育现代化的研究并没有取得实质性突破,成人教育现代化的指标体系尚未建立,现代化的具体实现途径可操作性不强,研究中对于现代化内涵的时效性注意不够,对于成人教育现代化的现实问题和困境也鲜有研究。Over the past three decades, our scholars mostly discussed some ways, such as the conception, the character, the necessity, and the ways of realizing for adult education modernization, etc. and they got some progeny. However, the research for the adult education modernization didnt get substantive progress, the guide line for adult education modernization wasnt founded, the ways for realizing adult education modernization weren＇t operated, the effectiveness of adult education modernization connotation wasnt paid more attention to and the problems and the diffulties of adult education modernization hardly were studied.
