摘　　要：当前,高校的成人教育存在着注重学历教育忽视非学历培训、重视规模和经济效益轻视质量和社会效益以及管理机制混乱等众多问题。为了顺应成人教育发展的趋势,高校必须通过对办学观念、培养目标、管理机制以及市场竞争等方面进行创新,才能消解在发展中的问题和不足,实现成人教育的大发展。There are many problems in the aspect of adult education in colleges at present, such as emphasizing the education with record of formal schooling instead of non--academic eduction, paying attention to the scale and economic benefits but not the quali- ty and social returns with disordered management. To follow the development trend of adult education, colleges must bring forth new ide- as from the aspects of education philosophy, training objective, administrative mechanism and market competition, which can solve the problems while developing and achieve the big development of adult education.
