摘  要:通过对北京油鸡雏鸡进行羽速表型判定,并与ev21基因插入位点分子检测结果比对,二者之间一致性达到99%,证实羽速基因在北京油鸡群体中属于性连锁基因,具备建立自别雌雄配套系的遗传基础。对不同羽速类型北京油鸡母鸡生产性能分析发现,不同羽型油鸡母鸡8~22周双周末体重差异不显著(P〉0.05),42-44周龄总产蛋数以及相同日龄蛋重之间均差异不显著(P〉0.05)。In this study feathering phenotypes and integration site for endogenous virus 21 (ev21)gene were detected in Beijing fatty chicken. The results showed that the consistence was 99%,which proved that the feathering gene was also sex-linked in the Beijing fatty population and it could be utilized as a good tool to identify the sex of chicken at birth. Analysis of production performance between different feathering types showed that there was no significant differences in body weight from 8 to 22 weeks of age (P〉0.05). And the total egg number at 42 to 44 weeks of age was the same (P〉0.05). The egg weight at the same age between different feathering chicken was the same (P〉0.05).
