摘　　要：混沌的本质是确定性动力系统所表现出的内在随机性或不确定性现象。企业创新,无论是成员个体还是组织群体,都要经历混沌过程。从系统混沌理论的视角看,企业创新过程管理的关键是激发创新混沌的产生、引导创新混沌的发展和促进创新混沌的结束,进而促使企业系统从低级有序向高级有序转化。为此,企业创新过程管理需要加强创新混沌的诱发条件建设,加强创新混沌过程的引导控制以及促进创新混沌的稳定。The essence of chaos is the internal random or uncertain phenomena of the certain dynamic system.Regardless of single person or organization groups of enterprises,enterprises innovation inevitably experience chaos process.Based on system chaos theory,the key to process management of enterprise innovation is to stimulate,guide innovational chaos,and bring an end to innovational chaos so that it can successfully promote enterprise system transformation from lower class order to higher class order.For this reason,the process management of enterprise innovation needs strengthening the conditions construction that stimulates innovation chaos,strengthening the guiding and controlling of innovation chaos process,and promoting stable innovation chaos.
