摘 要:为了更好地发挥专科护士的工作积极性,推动专科护理的发展,2009年5月,护理部设立了2个专科护士专职岗位,制订一系列工作制度和管理方法,明确了专科护士的隶属关系、考勤方法、每月工作量及考核方法,给予护士长待遇,即管理津贴、奖金系数与护士长相同,参与护士长会议等。专科护士根据设定的工作量面向全院开展工作,护理部每月核定其工作量完成情况。实施1年来,2名专科护士制订了16项专科指引,会诊1412人次,专科查房38次,为临床解决了近200个专科护理问题,院内医护人员对他们的认同度显著提高,专科影响力越来越大,有效地推动了医院专科护理的发展。In order to promote the development of specialized nursing and mobilize the work enthusiasm of clinical nurse specialists(CNS),the nursing department set up two full-time posts for CNS in May,2009.A series of regulations about the work mode and management of CNS were formulated,such as the department which CNS belonging to,the quantity and means of calculation of monthly workload,and methods of performance appraisal.The full-time CNS worked on their post according to the quantity of workload and received the same treatment as the head nurse.The nursing department checked their work performance monthly.One year later,the two nurse specialists had formulated 16 guidelines for the specialized nursing,held consultations for 1412 cases,made specialized ward rounds for 38 cases,and resolved nearly 200 cases of specialized nursing problems.This practice effectively promoted the development of specialized nursing in our hospital.
