睾丸淋巴瘤的影像诊断与鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨CT和MRI对睾丸原发性淋巴瘤诊断的影像学特征。方法对6例经手术病理证实的睾丸肿物的MRI和CT影像学表现进行回顾分析。结果 3例淋巴瘤CT征象为阴囊内边缘清楚、密度均匀的实性肿物,平扫呈等低密度,增强扫描呈中度至明显强化;2例精原细胞瘤平扫密度欠均匀,伴有囊变及睾丸鞘膜积液,增强扫描轻度强化。根据CT和MRI影像特征,结合年龄、病史均可于手术前报告中给予有意义的提示,其中5例报告提示与病理结果符合。结论睾丸淋巴瘤的征象具有相对的特征性,密切结合临床综合分析,对于本病的诊断有重要的价值。Objective To discuss the MR and CT imaging features of testicular lymphoma.Methods Six cases of testis tumours proved pathologically were examined by MRI and CT before operation.Imaging features of MRI and CT were analyzed retrospectively.Results The CT findings showed as soft tissue mass with well-circumscribed inside scrotum in 3 cases testis lymphoma patients.They were iso-low intense in plane scan,enhanced scan showed moderate to marked enhancement.there have 2 cases seminoma,plain scan showed inhomogenous density,after the inject of contrast medium the lesion showed a few enhancement.1case with hydroceles.5 cases were given significant reports combining with imaging of CT and MRI examination,age and illness history.Conclusion There were some considerably specific CT signs in the cases of testicular lymphoma,closely combined with clinical symptoms,CT and MRI examination were effective imaging modality for diagnosing patients with this disease.
