摘　　要：益生菌是指一类通过添加到食品或药品中,能够起到调节肠道微生态平衡,从而对人或动物产生有利影响的微生物。近年来,人们对益生菌的特性、分类、分布与营养的研究很多,特别是益生菌在抗肿瘤方面的作用引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。本文综述了益生菌应用于肿瘤预防、治疗及预后的研究情况,并对益生菌未来的研究方向提出个人的观点和展望。Probiotics are a kind of living microorganisms added into food or drug,which are beneficial to our health.Probiotics can regulate the balance of microecosystem in intestine.Recently,people have paid more attention to the features,taxonomy,distribution and nutrition of probiotics,especially the antitumor effect.Current development of probiotics in tumor prevention and therapy were summarized below.Our opinion on prospects of probiotics was also proposed.
