摘  要:为了提高皮革水分及其挥发物测定精度,缩短测定时间,降低成本,采用24位超低噪声模数转换器ADS1232,结合红外加热、Bang-Bang控制、PID控制和多种抗干扰措施,设计出一款高性能皮革水分及其挥发物测定仪(简称:皮革水分仪);ADS1232高集成模块的应用,不但简化了硬件和软件设计,而且也解决了桥接传感器的前端问题和传统的高精度A/D转换电路需要加前置放大器而带来的成本及信号漂移问题;通过实验,仪器敏感度可达1mg,测量误差小于0.1%。试制样机与传统仪器相比,测量时间短,精度高,操作简单,性价比高。To improve the accuracy of leather determination of water and other volatile matter and shorten the measuring time and re duee cost, a high performance instrument is designed for measuring leather water and other volatile matter content (abbr. ILW ). The ILW is based on 2.'^--bit ADS1232 with low--noise, combined with infrared heating, Bang--Bang control, PID control, and many anti--in- terference technologies. The application of ADS1232 is not only simplified both in hardware and software, but also solved the problems of high cost and signal drift, which is caused by the preamplifier in the front--end of the traditional high precision ADC, Through the experi- ment, the instrument is sensitive up to l mg, measurement error is less than 0.1 ~. Compared with the traditional instrument, it is characterized with short measuring time, high accuracy, simple, and cost--effective.
