摘　　要：在教师文化生态中,合理的秩序能促使其保持动态的平衡,而秩序的工具化又可能让教师失去自由。教师文化生态中的自由是教师的教育教学自由、专业精神自由、生命品性自由的统一体,而创生则是实现教师文化生态自由的必由之路。The rational order in teachers＇ cultural ecology can maintain it＇s dynamic balance and the tool usage of the order can deprive the freedom from teachers .The freedom in teachers＇ cuhural ecology is a unity of the freedom of education and teaching of teachers, the freedom of professional intelligence, and the freedom of their life＇ s character. This paper argues that the creation is the only way to realize the freedom in teachers＇ cultural ecology.
